§ 35.59 ABANDONMENT OF BUDGET PROCEDURES.
   The City Council may abandon ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9.1 through 8-2-9.10 and procedures established by this subchapter by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council members then holding office.
