§ 35.36 ACTIVITIES.
   The Revolving Loan Fund Committee shall be responsible for the receipt and due consideration of applications for loans from the Revolving Loan Fund. The Committee shall not have the power to make final decisions with respect to the business of the Revolving Loan Fund, but shall have the power to make recommendations to the City Council regarding Revolving Loan Fund business. The Committee and the City Council shall be governed by prudent business practices regarding the business of the Revolving Loan Fund.
