§ 114.16 OPERATING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Within the village, no land or premises shall be occupied or shall continue to be occupied by two or more connected cabins, cottages or multiple dwelling units which are used by tourists and transients for sleeping or dwelling purposes, herein termed a motel or hotel, unless the motel or hotel complies with all the requirements of this subchapter, and unless an operating permit has been issued therefor and has not been revoked.
