§ 112.21 STATE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   All charitable games allowed and permitted within the village shall comply with all of the provisions of the 230 ILCS 30/1 et seq., including, but not limited to, prior issuance of licenses by the Illinois Department of Revenue, as required therein.
