(A) It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and to which a fee for admission is charged, without securing a license.
(B) For such licenses the following fees shall be paid:
(1) Carnivals, $50 per day;
(2) Circuses, $100 per day; and
(3) Other amusements, $5 per day.
