§ 52.067 NOTICE TO INSTALL DEVICE.
   If in accordance with the State Plumbing Code, the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, or in the judgment of the Public Works Director, Village Engineer or Community Development Director of the village an approved backflow prevention device is necessary for the safety of the public water supply system, the Public Works Director, Village Engineer or Community Development Director of the village will give written notice to the water customer to install such an approved device within 15 days after receipt of notice. The water customer shall, at his or her own expense, install such an approved device at a location and in a manner in accordance with the State Plumbing Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code Part 900) and all applicable village regulations, and shall have inspections and tests made of such approved devices as required by the State Plumbing Code and the village regulations.
