§ 51.041 UNLAWFUL TO MAKE CONNECTIONS TO LINCOLN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to allow any storm sewer, sanitary sewer or industrial wastewater connections to be made to any drainage facility constructed as part of the intersection located at Lincoln Highway, also known as U.S. Route 30 and Central Avenue in the municipality.
