§ 51.002 UNLAWFUL TO CONNECT CERTAIN DRAINS TO SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
   No roof drains or down spouts, surface water drains, field tile or new or repaired installations of drain tiles which surround foundation walls, or other drains or pipes which carry stormwater or water which was caught as stormwater or ground water shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system or pipes which lead to the sanitary sewer system.
