(a) Removal credits. The city reserves the right to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW’s ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.7.
(b) Net/gross calculations. The city may reserve the right to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger’s intake water, in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.15.
