The name of the City of Mason Pool was changed from Municipal Swimming Pool to the Lou Eves Municipal Pool as approved by City Council Ordinance 1998-8 passed on January 25, 1998.
(a) Rates established. There are hereby established the rates for daily admissions and memberships for use of the Mason Community Center. The fee shall be as established and set forth in the fee schedule in Part One - Title Eleven, Chapter 205 of these codified ordinances. The amount of the fee shall be as set by ordinance from time to time.

(d) Annual adjustment. Beginning January 1, 2011, the rates established by this section shall be adjusted, effective January 1 of each year, by a cost of living allowance to be determined by City Council on an annual basis. An adjusted annual rated schedule shall be posted at the Lou Eves Municipal Pool and made available upon request.
