§ 1501.10 NEW MATERIALS, PROCESSES OR OCCUPANCIES WHICH MAY REQUIRE PERMITS.
   The Fire Prevention Officer or any fire inspector under his or her control shall determine and specify, after giving affected persons an opportunity to be heard, any new materials, processes or occupancies, which shall require permits, in addition to those now enumerated in the Ohio Fire Code. The Fire Prevention Officer shall post, or cause to be posted, a list of determinations and specifications in a conspicuous place in the municipal building, and shall distribute, or cause to be distributed, copies thereof to interested persons.
