The routes for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals and other dangerous articles, are hereby established as U.S. Route 42 and State Route 741, except for deliveries to and pickups from any other public way or place in the city, but then only by the most direct route to or from the place of delivery or pickup. No other routes shall be used.
