(a) There is hereby adopted by the city, the Ohio Fire Code (OFC), as the same may be amended or recodified by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, and as published in O.A.C. Division 1301:7-1.
(b) The purpose of the Ohio Fire Code as adopted herein is to prescribe minimum standards and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.
