§ 965.01 COST ESTIMATES.

The city shall not be bound by any of the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code presently in effect, or as enacted or amended from time to time, which require the city to make cost estimates on public improvement projects public at any time before advertising for bids and awarding a contract.
