Any person who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of §§ 963.04(a), (b) or (c), 963.05(a) or (b), 963.06(a) or (b), 963.07, 963.08 or 963.09, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Penalties are as provided in § 501.99 of the city codified ordinances.
