(a) Peace officers and employees of the Park District may order any person violating any of the provisions of the rules and regulations in this chapter to leave a park and no person shall fail to obey an order.
(b) Any person repeatedly violating any rule or regulation in this chapter may lose the privilege of entering a park for a period of time as designated by the Director therein.
