§ 963.15 WATER ACTIVITIES.

(a) No person shall place any boat, canoe, raft or watercraft of any type upon or in a lake, pond, stream or other waters within the boundaries of a park without specific written permission from the Director.

(b) No person shall swim, bathe, wade or enter into any waters within a park.
