(a) All parks of the city shall be open to the public during the daylight hours.
(1) However, the Corwin M. Nixon and Mason Sports Park hours are set as follows:
March through October | 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. |
November through February | 6:00 a.m. to dusk |
(2) Sundin Fields at Heritage Oak Park hours are set as follows:
November 1 to February 29 | Daylight hours |
March 1 to October 31 | Sunday - Thursday Sunrise to 11:00 p.m. |
Friday - Saturday Sunrise to 12:00 a.m. |
(b) The City Manager’s office may modify the aforesaid opening and closing hours when, in its discretion, the public interest would be served by the modification. Any change in the aforesaid hours shall be posted at the park entrances no later than midnight preceding the day on which they are effective.
