§ 943.08 PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION OR TAMPERING.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the city sewage works system.
