§ 942.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates § 942.11(a), (b) or (c) shall be fined not more than $150 for each offense.
   (b)   Whoever violates § 942.11(n)(3) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
   (c)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 943.99(a) and (b).
   (d)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned. The imposition of penalties under divisions (a) through (c) hereof for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall not relieve an offender of civil liability for any damage caused by his or her unlawful act or acts.
