§ 941.05 EXPANSION ACCOUNT.

All sums collected as water expansion fees established in § 941.02 shall be deposited to the credit of a Water System Expansion Fund, which funds are hereby established and all sums credited to the funds may be used only for the purpose of water system expansion.
