§ 717.18 SERVICE TO BE RENDERED ON DEMAND.

It shall be the duty of every driver of an unengaged taxicab, upon request, to transport any orderly person between any two points within the city. Should it be shown at any time to the satisfaction of the City Manager that a driver has failed to comply with the requirements of this section, the City Manager may, after hearing, revoke the license of the driver.
