Applications for taxicab licenses shall be made to the City Manager upon blanks provided by the city and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the trade name and address of the applicant, the trade name under which he or she does business, the seating capacity, design, color scheme, lettering, and marks to be used on the vehicle, the motor number, location of the taxi stand, and the other information as may be required by the City Manager.
