§ 505.09 BARKING OR HOWLING DOGS.
   No owner, keeper or harborer or any animal shall permit or suffer the animal to continuously or frequently bark, howl or emit other audible sounds which create unreasonable, excessive or offensive noise to the annoyance or discomfort of any person of ordinary sensibilities in the vicinity of the animal.
