§ 339.13 USE OF ENGINE BRAKES PROHIBITED.

No person shall drive or operate, or cause to be driven or operated, any commercial vehicle, trailer, or semi trailer that is equipped with special brakes or engine brakes, in a manner that the use of the brakes creates an excessive or unreasonable noise.
