§ 165.18 EMPLOYEE OF YEAR AWARDS; RECIPIENTS TO RECEIVE CASH BONUS.

There is hereby established an “Employee of the Year” award, that recognizes employees with outstanding performance. The program will be established and maintained by the City Manager’s office. Recipients of the award may receive items of acknowledgment including a cash award if deemed appropriate by the City Manager.
