§ 165.17 MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS PRESCRIPTION CARD.
   (a)   The City Manager is hereby authorized to include in the medical insurance benefit program a prescription card for all eligible employees.
   (b)   The services for the prescription card shall be paid for from funds appropriated in the Medical and Life Insurance Fund.
