§ 165.11 USE OF CITY EQUIPMENT.
   (a)   The use of city equipment, uniforms or supplies for personal use is strictly prohibited.
   (b)   Violators are subject to immediate termination.
   (c)   The following is a list of examples but is not intended to be all inclusive:
      (1)   Automobiles, trucks, cruisers;
      (2)   Mowers, back-hoe, tools;
      (3)   Uniforms; and
      (4)   Supplies.
   (d)   The only exception to this are the automobiles supplied to the City Manager as part of his or her contract and those motor vehicles supplied to the Chief of Police, the Public Works Director, the Public Utilities Director and the Foreman of the Public Works Department, Foreman of Public Utilities Department and the City Engineer. These vehicles are supplied to the above stated personnel since their services may be required at any time, day or night. Use should normally be restricted to city business.
