The Personnel Director shall establish and administer policies and procedures to implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter of the code in compliance with the laws as may be applicable, including, but not limited to, the Family Medical Leave Act, being 29 U.S.C. §§ 2611 et seq. and the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
