§ 149.02 PLANNING TECHNICIAN.

   (a)   The position of Downtown and Small Business Coordinator in the city is hereby eliminated.

   (b)   There is hereby created the position of Planning Technician in the Engineering and Building Department in the city.

   (c)   The position of Planning Technician shall be a full-time position in the complement of the Engineering and Building Department.
