(a) An Investment and Depository Policy and any future amendments are hereby adopted by the city.
(b) The Investment and Depository Policy is in accordance with Exhibit A, attached to original Ordinance 96-133, and amending ordinance, Ordinance 2020-90, which is incorporated herein by reference.
(c) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of any amended Investment and Depository Policy to the State Auditor.
