§ 133.01 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
   (a)   The position of Administrative Assistant to the City Manager is hereby created.
   (b)   The Administrative Assistant shall be appointed by and report to the City Manager and be responsible for those duties assigned to him or her by the City Manager.
   (c)   The Administrative Assistant shall be compensated at the rate established for pay range number 21.
