SECTION 5.01 APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL.

The Manager shall be appointed by a vote of at least five members of the Council. The Manager shall serve at the pleasure of the Council and may be removed from office, without cause, by a vote of at least five members of the Council. The Council shall fix the compensation of the Manager.
