Sec. 6-79. Appeal from decision or order of city council.

Any owner(s) or other party in interest aggrieved by a final decision or order of the city council under section 6-78 may appeal the decision or order to the circuit court by filing a petition for an order of superintending control within 21 days from the date of decision.
