Sec. 82-124. Building sewer pipe standards.
The building sewer pipe from a point three feet outside of the structure to the public sanitary sewer shall be constructed of materials approved by the Authority in conformance with specifications published and filed with the city clerk entitled "City of Mason Development Standards." Joints shall be permanently watertight. The building sewer pipe from the property line to the public sanitary sewer shall be a minimum of six inches in diameter or larger as required by the Authority to accommodate the use of the structure served. The building sewer shall be inspected as per section 82-115.
   (1)   For a single-family or two-family structure, the building sewer pipe from a point three feet outside of the structure to the property line shall be a minimum of four inches in diameter.
   (2)   For any structure other than a single-family or two-family structure, the building sewer pipe from a point three feet outside the structure to the property line shall be a minimum of six inches in diameter or larger as required by the Authority to accommodate the use of the structure served.
