Sec. 82-74. Determination of premises subject to division.

(a)   The Authority is hereby authorized to conduct an initial survey to identify all premises subject to this division.

(b)   The Authority shall classify each premises according to degree of hazard to the potable water system and shall initiate inspections based on the health hazard potential.

(c)   Upon completion of the initial inspection, the Authority shall issue either a certificate of compliance, in accordance with section 82-67, or a notice of violation, in accordance with section 82-68.
