greater of 200 feet or 300% of the tower height (measured from the base of the tower to closest building setback line)
Vacant single or two-family residential zoned land which is either platted or has preliminary subdivision plan approval which is not expired
greater of 200 feet or 300% of the tower height (measured from the base of the tower to closest building setback line)
Existing multiple family residential units greater than duplex units
greater of 100 feet or 100% of the tower height (measured from the base of the tower to closest building setback line)
All residential zoning and uses when adjacent to a tower proposed on publicly owned property
greater of 100 feet or 100% of the tower height (measured from the base of the tower to closest building setback line)
Non-residential zoned properties or uses
none, only setbacks apply
