(A) The wastewater service charge for domestic strength wastewater shall be computed on the same basis as the user rates set out in § 52.152 per volume of wastewater in thousands of gallons metered.
(B) The wastewater service charge for non-domestic strength wastewater shall be computed in the same manner as for domestic strength wastewater and then shall be added to any surcharge provided for in § 52.153 which may be applicable.
