(A) The following user rate is hereby established for the use of and for service supplied by the wastewater facilities of the village: $7.63 per each 1,000 gallons.
(B) A minimum charge of $15.26 monthly shall be applied to all users whose water consumption does not exceed 2,000 gallons monthly.
(C) All non-metered residential users of wastewater facilities shall pay a minimum flat rate charge, except in the event use of wastewater facilities is determined by the Public Works Director or his or her designee to be in excess of 2,000 gallons monthly, the Public Works Director or his or her designee may require such flat rate user to install metering devices on the water supply or sewer main to measure the amount of service supplied.
