Whenever a response is made upon request of a person, person’s parent, guardian or agent or employer, there shall be paid by the person receiving the benefit of service, person’s parent, family, guardian, agent or employer into the Village Treasury, the sum as computed by the schedule set forth herein by § 33.129.
