(A) The charges for the emergency medical service shall be computed by the following schedule:

Mileage to all hospitals | $17 per mile |
Treatment with no transport | $150 |
Ambulance responds, resident refuses treatment (if resident called) | $75 |
Non-durable supplies not restocked at receiving hospital | Per price list on file at the office of the Village Clerk and the Fire Department |
(B) Fees listed in division (A) above are in effect beginning January 1, 2024. An automatic rate increase of 5% each year will take effect beginning May 1, 2025.
