§ 33.020 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a department of the municipal government of the village which shall be known as the Police Department. The Police Department shall consist of the Mayor, as Police Commissioner, the Chief of Police and of the number of patrol persons as may be provided from time to time by the Village Board.
