§ 33.160 POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   A new employee position of Public Service Officer (PSO) is hereby established.
   (B)   The number of such positions and the number of scheduled working hours shall be established by the corporate authorities from time to time.
   (C)   The person or persons appointed to such position shall be responsible to the President and his or her designate(s).
   (D)   The Public Service Officer (PSO) shall be appointed annually by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees and shall serve such annual appointment, unless otherwise removed for cause prior to that time.
