In order to avail himself of the appeal referred to in Section 757.09, the appellant shall, within ten days after receiving notice of such revocation, give written notice of such appeal to the Director of Public Safety and also to the Mayor. The appeal shall be heard by the Board of Appeals within ten days after the notice is filed, and the decision of the Board shall be final.
