757.09 BOARD OF APPEALS.

An appeal from any decision of the Director of Public Safety revoking a license to operate a taxicab may be made to a Board of Appeals which is hereby created. The Board shall be composed of the Mayor, the Public Safety Director and the Solicitor, and it is empowered, after a full hearing, to affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the Director.
