955.05 ESTABLISHMENT OF CURBSIDE PROGRAM.

It shall be mandatory for all persons and entities to separate those recyclable materials herein specified from all other solid waste in accordance with the provision of Section 955.07. The City Council shall designate a schedule and plan for curbside collection of recyclable materials.
