No person shall burn or cause to be burned any trash, garbage, junk, rubble, electrical insulation, treated lumber, plastics, non-wood construction or demolition materials, heavy oils, asphaltic materials, potentially explosive materials, chemical wastes, items containing natural or synthetic rubber, or waste within the city at any time. Outdoor burning, as outlined in § 92.02 above, is also prohibited at any time when the county has an "emergency order prohibition of outdoor burning" in effect. Prior to any outdoor burning not covered by the exceptions in § 92.05 below, the County Fire Dispatcher must be notified.
