§ 130.049 ANIMALS AND FOWL; KILLING, CLEANING, BUTCHERING IN PUBLIC VIEW.
   (A)   As used in this section, the term ANIMAL shall exclude mice, rats, snakes, fish, turtles, amphibians and insects. Also excluded are fowl for which hunting licenses or stamps are required.
   (B)   The slaughtering, butchering, cleaning, gutting and killing in public view of any animal or fowl not excluded in division (A) above is prohibited.

§ 130.050 FIREARMS; DISCHARGE.
   It is unlawful for any person, except one in lawful defense of himself, herself or another, or in defense of his or her property, or a peace officer, including, but not limited to, the designated Animal Control Officer, in the performance of his or her duties, or at a licensed shooting gallery, or one in lawful possession and control of land used for agricultural purposes, when on such land, to fire off or discharge any cannon, gun, rifle or other firearm within the city. However, nothing in this section shall apply to military organizations of the state or the United States in military funeral ceremonies or in firings conducted by education, sport or recreation organizations, including, but not limited to, organizers of competitive exhibitions or training events as provided for in § 90.020 of this code of ordinances, at scheduled periods, on an established range or at a scheduled event and under the supervision of a designated individual who is qualified to ensure that adequate safety precautions are established and observed.

§ 130.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this general offenses code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 130.012(A) of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (C)   Any person violating § 130.017 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (D)   (1)   A violation of § 130.018 of this chapter shall be simple misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $250.
      (2)   Any person violating the provision of § 130.018(C) of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (E)   Any violation of § 130.019 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine pursuant to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (F)   Any person violating § 130.030(B) of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined pursuant to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (G)   Any person violating § 130.032 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (H)   Any person violating § 130.048 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a simple misdemeanor, punishable by a fine pursuant to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.
