(A) Any person, corporation, or legal entity desiring to hold an event described in § 113.001 must make application to the City Clerk for a permit. Such application must include the insurance requirements as set out in § 10.009 of the Code of Ordinances.
(B) No permit holder shall assign, sell or allow others to use such permit or to conduct business thereunder.
