§ 113.001 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or legal entity, directly or indirectly, to stage, manage, promote or put on any circus, menagerie, or carnival without first making application to the City Clerk and obtaining a permit as provided in this chapter.
